Pretty vague statement. But I can gather from your last post that you probably have a bad install or there are things in your user profile that are conflicting with CS6.

If you are using this in a full or part time editing environment it will save you a lot of time and headaches to just do a clean install. Sure it takes time but it will take up more time trying to work with a bad install of the suite.
