    Hello Everyone!

I am running Media Composer 7.0.4 on a PC running Windows 8.1.

I am not able to view what I am editing on my client monitor using my Mojo DX via HDMI.

I ran the DX Hardware test and everything PASSED perfectly.

However, once I start the MC software, I am not able to see anything on the client monitor.

I do not even have the little round gear symbol on the timeline window that I can activate and deactivate.

I also already deactivated the ‘startup fast’ option that windows 8 provides, as that was causing issues for some users in another thread. Still no resolve after doing that.

And lastly, when I click on the INFO tab, it tells me that there are no hardware options available.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this issue?

    Thanks in advance!

    Joe

Is that Win Professional? Also: what is the project format?

    Yes, that’s windows 8 professional.
The project is set to 1080p 23.98.

    Thanks!

First, Joe, how are you? Been a long time since GoTV! Good to see you here!

Is this a new system? Slot configuration can be very important.

The first thing I’d check, if this is a new system, would be this.

    Thanks guys!
    Slot configuration is correct.

I back_rev’d the mojo, however the MC software still does not see the Mojo.

Check the Video Output Tool, and see if the output is set to P or to PsF. Not all monitors accept PsF over HDMI.
