  AMA-linked-.WMV after transcode audio sync is off

  Hi. I have a 30 min Standard Definition .WMV file sent from another editor on another edit platform used to be used as a reference on a show. I have AMA linked it then used MC to transcode to DV. When this clip is played back the audio sync is off (audio preceeds video).

  Currently I have been able to work around the issue by transcoding to Prores LT using Telestream Episode then AMA linking and transcoding to DV in AVID.

  I am running MC 6.5, Mac OS 10.7.4 Flip4Mac Player Pro 3 installed.

  Is this a known issue with AMA and .WMVs on the mac platform? Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with .WMVs and AVID on Mac?
