    Hi,

I have a mov file which shows variable fps in QT Inspector, but plays fine by itself. When I AMA link to it, though, it is out of sync, and when I transcode it, it is out of sync. Of course, I can import it but would rather not since it takes so much longer.

Why is it out of sync when I link via AMA? How do I correct this problem?

    Thanks, John

Where did the QT file come from?

    Hi Shane,

The QT/MOV file came from a FCP 7 Project. So, for one clip, for instance, when I look at Movie Inspector, it shows the FPS at 29.62 and as it plays it jumps around…29 to 30.51 to 30 to 29.62…

    Thanks…
