There are no Prores or DNxHD presets. You can make them yourself.

The presets are really just frame rate, res and i/p. Also there is preview codec but that can be changed at any time.

There are DNxHD presets in Premiere Pro CC. You can create your own PreRes presets. Here’s a good article showing you how.
