Activity Forums VEGAS Pro Altering preset text animations?

    I figured when you used text animation presets, VMS would load keyframes into accessible motion channels. Silly me.

    Is it possible to alter the timing of, say “Drop Split” to something custom?

    I have no idea if it’s the same in VMS as it is in Vegas Pro but here are two screen shots of the “Drop Split” preset on a timeline.
    The second one is expanded (click the arrows next to Advanced, Outline, etc. to do this) allowing you to keyframe almost anything you want to by clicking the ‘clock’ icons to reveal the keyframe timeline.

    No these are fixed timings that are determined by the length of the generated media. They do not use keyframes. If you want more control you’ll need to use the ProType Titler instead.
