  “Alt+Drag Keyframe Stretch” Based on Comp Marker

  I have some layers that I would like to be able to relatively scale their keyframes based on a Comp Marker or Expression Controller? The goal is to only deal with the keyframes and not speed up or slow down the footage. Thank you in advance.
