  Already rendered video files now appearing red on reopening Prem Pro projects

  Hi all,

  I’m using Prem Pro CS6 and I’m now noticing a very strange problem. Sometimes when rendered portions of a sequence in a premiere pro project (creating the green bar overhead the timeline) do not appear rendered upon reopening the project, despite always saving before closing the project. In fact I’m a very anal person when it comes to editing and find myself saving every two seconds so I know it can’t be a lack of diligence on my part.

  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this could be? I’m assuming it may have something to do with the scratch discs but I haven’t changed locations for them and there seems to be plenty of space still?
