alphas in fcp
hey guys…
any idea why my clips in rbg+alpha (direct and or premultiplied, i ve tried both, who appear all right when i double click on them… don t keep the transparency when i drag and drop it on the time line? while it works in FCP on an other computer… it drives me crazy!!!!!
help!

go to the browser and in the “alpha” column make sure an alpha is designated.

No it wasn t this i had the simple alpha writtenin the alpha column…. i found the trick tough and thanks to u… the next column was the frame priority and the exports i had been delivered were upper film fisrt… I thought…MMMMhhh… what that shit….
turning it into into lower field first made the tricks… wicked it works now…
