Alpha Problem in FCP X that docent happen in FCP 7

It work perfect, thanks Payton. A question did you change the color to a darker green and it happen to you the problem with the halos or artifacts or it’s only happening to me. I want to know way is this happening so I can send a feedback to Apple.

I did change to the background to a darker green and saw the halo and the lowres composite. Here were the results:
