    Hello everyone,

I have a video in FCP that i need to lay some video on top of.

So i’ve rendered a video out of after effects with an alpha channel to be dropped straighht on top of my FCP timeline.

The problem is, when i drop the video on, little white lines appear around it’s edges.

So if I had a video of 720/576 pixels solid green in FCP, and then rendered out a video from after effects of the same solid green but 50/50 pixels and dropped it on top, there would be an faint white outline around it.

Anyone know what’s causing this/how to stop it?

    Thanks

    Nico

Try putting the matte choker filter on the clip. Tweak to taste.

    Have a wonderful day.
