    So… I’m trying to create something very similar to – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdj9akw6NG0&feature=related

    How would you go about this?

    My initial thought was to use TP. But, I can’t figure out a way to make them only be attracted to land. I don’t want any of them to land on water.

    Am I going about this wrong?

    Easier to just use splines in a sweep nurb (or render via S&T or WhiteLights or Hair or something) as long as there are relatively few like that
