I am sure there is a simple solution to my problem, but for the life of me I cannot seem to find. I have 3 layers. Layers A and B are graphics and Layer C is being used as a matte for A and B. (Layer C originated in Photoshop) If I use TrackMatting I can only apply it to one of the layers. If I use Set Matte, when I reposition and scale the Layers A and B the masks follow them which is not what I want. I need the mask/matte to remain stationery while layers A and B reposition. How can I use Layer C as a stationery mask for Layer A and B?

Umm, you can re-use your layer as many times as you like. Just duplicate andd re-arrange the timeline stack, then use the corresponding matte modes. Should solve all your troubles without resorting to the Set Matte effect.
