For some reason Premiere Pro is starting to have trouble with the quicktime exports from 3D and AE. The alpha channel seems messed up entirely – even though there’s no alpha in the actual movie. Sometimes Alpha Adjust / Ignore Alpha or Interpret Footage / Ignore Alpha fixes the problem – but sometimes not. Elements in the picture are corrupted at points – yet the movie plays fine on the desktop / everywhere else (Animation codec at 100%).

    Anyone experiencing anything similar?

    Thanks

Have you tried another file type? Series of .tif or .png? Uncompressed or m-jpeg a/b?

I have not had this problem, but rebuild my machines often.
