Alpha channel not working
Hello,
I have an animated lower third that was created in AE and exported as an MOV, I know that it was exported with alpha because it works in FCP. In premiere however I can scrub through the unrendered section with the clip and lower third over to of it and see them both fine but when I render that section the lower third loses it’s alpha and is just on a black background. Its driving me mad.
I’m using CS5 on a macbook pro.

And the codec you used….?????
B/c there is a know issues with PP and the Animation codec.
Try rendering it out using Prores444Chris Tompkins
