Alpha Channel not showing up
Hi,
I’m having an issue with an alpha channel showing up in Avid Xpress pro. Its a QT movie made in Boris Red rendered with the animation codec + alpha. When I bring it into avid there’s no alpha channel. This was as an MXF format. When I switched my import settings to OMF, it worked. I’m assuming that MXF does not read the animation compressor correctly. If this is true, is there a codec that I should use when importing to this Avid?
