Alot of videos – How to make them fit the DVD? What bitrate?
Hello!
I want to make a DVD with alot of episodes from my Youtube-channel. I use Premiere Pro for exporting and Adobe Encore CS6 for creating the DVD.
All the videos together are about 400 minutes long so I guess two DVD-DL 8,5GB would the best choice?
400 / 2 = 200 min on each DVD.
I’ve found that out by using this website: https://dvd-hq.info/bitrate_calculator.php
It gives me the recommended Maximum, Average and Minimum-bitrate I should choose in Premiere to make it fit on the type of DVD size I’ve picked. But, what is the correct worlflow exactly?
What I do now is that I open my PP-project and export the project to a MPEG2 format with the correct bitrate values given from the DVD calculator website and then one episode is done.Should I continue doing this until all episodes are complete and then import them to Encore CS6 or what is the proper workflow for ending up with a bunch of episodes that has the correct size in the end for the correct DVD size I choosed?
Best Regards!
Victor
