    Thanks Gary and all.

Now I need help with one more thing… how do I change the END ACTION? The default for every clip is “Most Recent Menu” or something. Where do I go to change each clip so when it ends it plays the next clip?

    Thanks!

As I said on April 10, double click on the media, then :Media properties> End Action> Destination.

i double-click the media… and it opens and is waiting to be played. I don’t see a “Media” or “Properties” menu item, button, window, dialogue or anything that even remotely resembles them.

    🙁

The main DVDA window has settings on the left and right side. The setting is on the right side. However, this is only true for DVDA 2 and DVDA 3. If you’re still using DVDA 1 then you’re out of luck as it did not support end actions.

I have no idea what you’re talking about. All I see is an OUT POINT in the timeline after the media

Where should I be looking for this elusive END POINT thing.

I can’t believe how unfriendly this user interface is. I have searched the help files through and through and nowhere does it refer to media>properties>end point

[anotheruser] “Where should I be looking for this elusive END POINT thing.”

After you double-click the the clip, look in the box on the right hand side of the screen for End Action. It’ll have a + sign beside it. Click on it and yu’ll see all the various options Gary & Edward have been telling you about.

Ohhhhhhhhh NOW I see what the problem was… the properties window was not even visible. I had to drag the bar to the left to make it visible! UGH!

OK hopefully I’m in business now..

    ’til next time
