  All transitions replaced suddenly with cross dissolves of uniform length

  OSX 10.7.5

  We were working on a project and suddenly all of the transitions were replaced with default length cross dissolves. The 3rd party transitions used are still installed on the machine and function okay.

  We were able to revert to an earlier auto-save of the project so not much work was lost; but I’m curious if anyone out there has experience anything like this before. Any ideas on what could have caused this to happen?
