Hearing yourself on the “radio” is an odd experience.

Seeing yourself on radio is even more odd. Takes a LOT of really cool mushrooms to do that………

“…. puts a period on NAB 2007 with special guest Shante Ross…” (from podcast discription)

Is Shante your stage name, Shane? and would that be pronounced “Shawntay”? R&B’esque, kind of like keisha! I like it!

[Colin McQ] “Is Shante your stage name, Shane? and would that be pronounced “Shawntay”?”

Just like “Sade” is pronounced “Shar-day,” Shante is pronounced Shane. Because so many girls (mainly strippers) go by the name Shayne…with a “y”…I thought that adding a T would be a good way to go. Because T comes before Y…alphabetically.

So nanny nanny billy goat! My names first!

Really? I’d heard that Shante was actually the name of your twin sister – whom I’ve heard is both richer, and better looking. But according to those same sources, you’re the better editor, so I guess it all evens out in the end.

At any rate, it now says “Shane Ross” instead.
