All keyboard shortcuts disabled
Hello, I’m having somewhat of a problem with my adobe after effects. All of my keyboard shortcuts have been disabled for some reason, and I don’t know why. I will post the error message in hope that someone knows what to do about it:
“After Effects: KCHR resource not found, keyboard shortcuts will be disabled.”
I’m using a.e version 6.5, mac version, pro edition and I’ve tried to reinstall it, but the error remains and even older versions of the program, such as version 6.0 gets the same problem.
Is there anyone who knows some way to get this fixed? Any help is appreciated!
