All I have are the MXF files
A friends gave me just his MXF files, no file structure from his P2 HPX camera. I cant import them into FCP, I cant use MXFQT, and this is the first i’ve used the P2 format. Is there any way to get the files converted to .MOV?

WHy not? It’ll work. or Calibrated. Or Raylight. But without the full card structure, there is no way to get these files into FCP without third party help. And you need the MXF apps…the ones that I just mentioned.
WHy one EARTH would a P2 shooter not hand over the FULL card structure? Used to only dealing with Avid?
