  • All clips to timeline without in and outs?

Posted by Tim Irwin on March 10, 2009 at 8:45 pm

I just inherited a project that is part way completed. I want to grab all of the shots (about 1000 shots) throw them in a timeline so i can watch it and take notes. However, because many of the clips have in and out points when i grab all the shots to put in the timeline it only edits in that part of those shots. Is there a quick way to have final cut edit in all portions of every shot regardless of in and out points?

    Thanks, tim

Select the clips in the bins. Right click on the In column and select Clear In. Right click in the Out column and select Clear Out.

    All the best,

    Tom
