  All clips not showing up in logging bin

  the setup:
  MacPro 2 x 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon
  4GB RAM
  OS 10.4.10
  Fibre Channel to 2 Media Vaults
  FCP 6.0.1

  The problem:

  We shoot HVX200 to P2 DVCPROHD 720p.
  When doing the log & transfer to ingest,
  only a few clips out of several are showing up in my bin.
  The QTs are being created and show up as captured media on the Media Vault, but only a random few show up in my bin in FCP.

  I always set logging bin, I’ve trashed prefs, and repaired permissions. The workaround is to simply import the clips after they’ve been converted to QT, but it’s a real pain.

  Anyone seen this before and have a solution?
