All clips affected by grade I do on the first one ….
New to Da Vinci Resolve and loving it so far. Here’s the problem:
I have a short piece to grade and have been supplied with a final uncompressed Quicktime master. I bring that in and it has four shots in it, so, in the Conform room, I manually insert cuts, splitting the shots up in the timeline, thus making four clips of the four original shots.
IN the Color room I select the first clip and start to grade, but the grade seems to affect all four of the clips.
Clearly I am missing something simple … but for the life of me ……!

Rightclick your shot and choose ‘use local’
