  Aligning 3 arrows around a circle

  I have 3 arrows (A,B and C) that I need to orient around a circle. Here is my best effort so far:

  

  I am basically precomposing what I call a “badge” or the yellow arrow thing. I then offset the anchor point buy about 300 and then have to rotations all at 120 degree increments. This looks ok, But I am trying to get it so it doesn’t look so off.

  I am probably not explaining this very well but is there any way for the shapes to look more oriented around the circle?

  You’ll notice that the flat parts in back are not perpendicular to the sides (if that makes any sense).

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
