I searched this forum and came up with one thread that was close. Then I checked the manual and pages 244-255 sort of describe what I’m looking for. A workflow solution as below…

Edit Alexa ProRes files in FCP.
    Export EDL
Conform EDL in Resolve Mac to original ProRes files

Use Resolve Mac to export timeline as DPX sequences, one per clip, each seq in separate folder, ‘scanner style’.
Use original EDL in Resolve Linux to conform to DPX exports from Resolve Mac.

So does the export of QuickTime ProRes from Resolve Mac add QuickTime timecode and reel name to each DPX sequence? And is this Reel name the same as the folder the sequence resides in? If that’s so, then this workflow would work for anyone who needs to work with ProRes in Resolve Linux with Resolve Mac as an intermediate.

    Anyone try this?
