    Hello,

I am trying to compare a frame grab to a live image on alexa sup 5.0
but the image is at very low opacity. Both in evf and mon out (on the video assist, not the camera mounted display)
    Can you please advise?
    thank you,
    Sebastian

[Sebastian Plamadeala] “but the image is at very low opacity. “

Explain flat please or are you talking about the look of the LogC image being very flat?

that is the nature of using the LogC recording, SET the Montior out to LogC also then compare the images

Hello and thank you for your reply.

I am not reporting a flat look, just very low opacity of the grab.
I am aware of log c and rec709 and is not that. But now that you mentioned it, it might be because of the rec out setting (log c) being burned in the grab, and me interleaving on the mon out which is rec709 set.

But what if that’s not it:) ?

I will test it and come back with results, but any other options of what it might be wrong?

    Thank you,
    Sebastian
