When writing at the su*****@*********ch.com, I now get a mailer daemon.

My answer to your last mail is:

    Hmmm.

I didn’t get it via your homepage, I bought it online – via some online marketplace (yeah, I know. But I’m unemployed, so I take what I can get), ’cause it was $ 250 only. It’s been a few years. Trouble is, after a crash I placed my old HD in my new PC and since PI continued to work, albeit with a little bug (the stage is obscured by the setting screens; once you place a pic in there, it’s visible), so I didn’t care about the CD anymore.
Fast Forward to about 8 months later (read: now) and the “Avi Request Format Error” showed up.
So I downloaded 3.0.4 and when I tried to register, I started looking for the CD.
    But no luck.
Now I realize that I made sort of a “N00b” mistake, when I didn’t go for the original and you do not have to help me at all – I would just appreciate any suggestions from you.

Thanks in advance, in any way.

    Alex

I don’t know why Yahoo is no longer accepted.

I would also accept a “We can’t help you.”

Sorry for not replying. Since we don’t have record of your purchase, the only thing you can do is contact the reseller.

    Alan.

    Yeah, that’s what I was thinking…

I think I gotta try and save some money.

    DAMN!

    So typically my luck…

    Thanks anyway!

Sorry to be such a bother… now it says I have to “Remove Licence” to delete the program completely. How do I do that?
