  AJA U-Tap Image in Webex Zoomed in?

  Hi All,

  have a few U-TAP SDI models, using them to feed 1080i60 into Webex Meeting and Training Center.
  When feeding the signal, it seems that it will only feed Max at 360p, with the Image Zoomed in. After running for a few hours, sometimes it will kick in and feed a normal image at 720p.

  Is there any way to adjust the image and feed an HD signal into Webex without Distortion? Any adjustments or that we can do? Using these on both Windows 10 and Mac OSX 10.11. Any help is appreciated.
