AJA Tech Support is the best
I just wanted to share another good AJA experience here…
Something went south on my Kona LH breakout box yesterday, but it was too late in the day for the folks a AJA to FEDEX the replacement. Steve from AJA tech support actually apologized to me for that. So, now it’s gonna be here first thing tomorrow. You just can’t beat that…

If only other major companies (names withheld to protect the guilty) could learn from AJA customer service and support then our production and post world would be a much better place.
