AJA Product
I have been having major AJA IOLA issues lately – I have to keep trashing my preferences on a regular basis – is this something new? What gives?

What exactly is the problem? Most likely its a Final Cut Pro/Mac software problem and has nothing to do with the Io itself. Without knowing anything, I would say to make sure everything is up-to-date (Io firmware, presets/drivers, OS X, plugins, FCP, Keyspan adapter, Quicktime, etc).
