You would need the Adrielec box that turns LTC in to rs-422/serial. Either that, or spring for an LHi that has dedicated LTC in.

sure, balanced audio over XLR’s or embedded in the HDSDI.

TC would need to be converted to 9-pin for ingest into the LHE, both Horita and I think miranda both make adaptors to convert the signal to 9-pin serial for the card.
