anyone having capture issues with black horizontal lines and shifts in video? I am on a HP Z800 running win7 64bit.

What are you capturing from, and to what format???

capturing 1080i 59.94fps 8bit yuv 422 ‘2yuv’AVI format. SDI stream from a dvcpro ajhd1700 deck using adobe premiere cs5. The video preview in adobe capture windows break apart with flickering black horizontal black lines and shifting video. playback on timeline is the same.

Are you using a sync generator to lock the systems? You may need to.
