  AJA Kona 3G audio issues

  I’m wondering if there is anyone that can help with this issue. I’m currently using Premiere Pro CC 14.2 with a AJA Kona 3g card.

  I’ve been trying to find the correct settings but I have run into some issues with audio.

  Using

  Playback
  Audio Device – Kona3g-0 (checked) with use sequence settings in setup

  everything plays correctly except for WAV Files. They play slow and with a severe stutter until I put them into my 1080 24p or 720 59.94 timeline and then they play fine.

  I have to assume that this is because the Kona card isn’t able to conform to the sequence setting of the WAV file.

  Using a blackmagic card in another Edit suite works fine with the same settings.

  Anyone have any suggestions for a fix? My current work around is to throw all of my WAV tracks into a sequence and edit from it (not ideal).
