AJA Kona 3G

Greetings …
I have the following setup :Apple Mac Pro 2.4 Intel Xeon (12 Cores )with Final Cut Pro 7 installed
AJA KONA 3G With BreakOut Box.
SONY VTR .
Panasonic HD Broadcast monitor.When trying to capture from the VTR machine (HD Camera image) on the final cut pro 7 I can not get any image i only hear sound even in the playback function (Connections are all correct and settings seems to be OK 1080/25i and the problem appears also when using the LCD Broadcast monitor .
I tried several steps without any use .
Please I need your help with this .

Do you have your FCP Easy Setup chosen to match that frame rate and frame size? I’d use AJA Kona 3 1080i25 ProRes 422. Then make sure that the Frame Buffer in the AJA Control Panel is also set up for that frame size and rate.

Thank you for your concern .. I had my problem fixed the problem was in the connection between my Break out Box and the PCie.
