AJA KI PRO Skeleton problem
Hi,
We have bought the AJA KI PRO with all the options available
except we could not get several 500 GB drives because
the dealer said that they are stil not available.When we put our Sony F800 camcorder on the Skeleton
as it is shown with the some other big camcorder
in the AJA brochure then such rig is unusable because
the camcorder is not solid fixed but it wiggles heavily.
This is due of the design flaw of the Skeleton which
does not wiggle only with the handeld low cost
camcorders or with the Sony EX-1 support camcorder.Is there some way that we can exchange our Sketleton to the
the newer Skeleton which has no design flaw and does not
wiggle. The wiggling is permanent because the upper part
of the Skeleton to where we screewed the optional Sony VT14
plate has small thread in train which is not wide enough
for weights more than 3 kg. Also our Skeleton also has
optional rods and etc…Could you please help me?
