  AJA KI PRO RACK- Recording Problems

  HEY Good day
  I use SONY PTZ BRZ 990 and i recorded some programs with this camera, after took the recording on my pc the audio in the recording was missing and the whole video looked like it was fast forwarded upto 8x. is there anyway i can get a normal footage?
