Can any one tell me the + and – between the AJA io over Black Magic Multi Bridge Eclipse.

I will be running Adobe CS3 on Leapord.

    Any info would be great.

    Thank You

If you would make the effort to check the system requirements on the Aja website you would see that the Aja IO range is Final Cut only . . .

But it does work with After Effects which is an adobe product. So will it work with Premier Pro as well and for the record I have but in effort in looking into these two products no reason to be short Carsten

    Hello Micah

Whilst the AJA Io range are FCP based product, the AJA Kona cards (Mac) and Xena cards (PC) both work with Adobe Premier so you perhaps should consider compare those with the MultiBridge?

What’s more you could say the Kona/Xena range are more comparable to the MultiBridge as they are also PCI/PCIe based cards designed for working with Desktop computer.

The Io range are designed principally to work with Laptop computers (Mac). The Multibridge does not.

If you do some searches you should find many strings regarding the many pros and pros of using Kona/Xena product over the Multibridge. But if you need some assistance let us know.

    Best regards
