AJA io HD and Pro Tools 7.4.2
Does anyone know if PT 7.4.2 or 8 supports using the AJA io HD as a video device? When I try to select the “Video out Firewire” I get a message saying “No Device can be found”. Thanks!

Not sure, but if it did, it would say AJA and not go through the ‘generic’ firewire dv protocol. I assume you have drivers installed?

Hey there, been using the iohd and pro tools, seperatly however to date it would appear that pro tools just does not want to play with that piece of hardware. I’ve posed this question to people I now at digidesign, but nothing yet. Just keep in mind digidesign is an Avid company.
