NO there is currently no way to do this directly in FCPX.

If you could use it with a Beta Deck you could use the free VTR Exchange App from AJA with that IoXpress to capture directly into ProRes.

However the bigger issue is that Beta SP is Analog and the IoXpress only has digital input capability.
