    Hello,

I am thinking of buying an HDX400 for my company and had a couple of questions. Our company shoots documentaries and does quite a bit of corporate work.

    1. Have any of you experience with it—-if so—-could you give me both the positives and negatives.
    2. We are looking to spend about 20,000 for an HD zoom lens—-I wanted to know if any of you had any feelings about Canon vs Fuji, if so, which are the lenses you like. Remember we need a fairly decent zoom range-leaning towards the wide end of the spectrum.
    3. We are located in upstate New York—and would like to know if anyone of you have had any experience with any of the dealers in New York City—-We like Abel Cine but would be willing to think about other options.

    4. Since we are a full service house, we will have to set ourselves up to do HD editing (in the past we have been shooting DV and DVPRO50.

    5. Have any of you had any experience de-interlacing HD, (this camera only shoots interlaced) and if so, what have your results been like.

Thanks in advance. This is a big investment for our small company and we want to get things right the first time.
