AJ-1400P
I can’t seem to dig firewire from a AJ-1400P DVCPro 100 deck into HDx system(without crashing the system) or get AES Audio from the deck.
SDI embedded audio seams to work and I know 11.5.1 doesn’t support HD-SDI embedded audio yet.
This is a new deck and I am testing it out on the HDx as the HDe is busy on a FCP project at the moment.
Any ideas?PS
Can someone come up with a way to insert 708 closed captions on a NLE, you can do 608 for SD but not 708 for HD.
Had to buy this deck and an encoder just to CC our HD shows then I have to re ingest them so as to export a QT movie that gets flipped in flip factory for our air server.
Got to be a better way.Jim Calahan
