AI CS6 color build problems
I am suddenly have problems with AI CS6. When I double click on the color box in either the tool bar or on the actual swatch color my 4 color build doesn’t come up at all. I have checked all preferences and I have tried another mouse but the build box doesn’t show up. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I don’t get any warning box of any kind, I just don’t get a 4 color build box when I double click on the color box on the tools and in the swatch box. I get it on my AI CS6 at work and my co workers get it. I was thinking about taking all the preferences for the AI app at work and placing them in my AI at home?
