    Again, SD Series vs Optibase

    I really can’t figure out which one to choose. Many people told me that for the price/quality ratio, Optibase MPEG DE would be a better choice over Sonic SD-1000. I talked to a Sonic reseller and he offers me a great deal for Scenarist, but its the workstation with SD-1000.
    Need some advices from experienced users of both cards please.

    Both are great encoders. Are you going to be using Scenarist? if so I would get the 1000

    Yes, I will probably begin with Scenarist Studio 1000 workstation. But I want to make tests with SD-1000 and Optibase.
