AG-YDX600G Proxy video board
Are proxy files recorded onto the SD cards using the YDX600G proxy board made as P2 files, complete with contents folder, or are they single MOV files?
This is important as I need to ftp SINGLE low bit rate MOV/h264 files of breaking news directly from the SD card without having to render/export them as a single clip.
I plan to use the Panasonic “one clip record” function on stories needing this feature.

They are small h.264 mov files.
