    AG-HX370 and IDX Endura 9H

    I’m trying to get my HPX370 to read my battery level correctly. I’ve got IDX Endura H9 batteries and I have an IDX battery plate mounted in lieu of the Anton Bauer that it shipped with. I made sure that all 3 of the connections were made to facilitate this, but there are two problems:

    1. HPX370 doesn’t have the Endura 9 as a recognized battery. The 7 and 10 are in the list, but not the 9.
    2. No matter what I switch the battery type to in the menu, I get at best a voltage reading, but no status on the power remaining.

    Is this user error (as I think it is) or an inherent limitation of the HPX370?

    Try selecting Dionic 90.
