AG-AC90 image shutter
The screen grab looks like the camera jerked and it’s a natural blury movement. But the camera was on a tripod and this is a stationary shot. It’s 1 frame of .. what’s in the photo, really weird. I only experienced this years ago with an old Canon. Is this a common happening? I’m new to this camera.

Hard to say without seeing it in motion but that looks like interlaced fields. Perhaps you have some settings set wrong in your NLE?
