    AFX 7 Open GL Graphics cards?

    I’m thinking of upgrading the graphics card in my G4 DP 1.25GHZ to speed up rendering and take advantage of Open GL.

    Anyone got any recommendations foa a card? I’d rather not have to upgrade the power supply too. The G4 1.25 is AGP.

    My recommendation to speed up things is to get a G5.

    OpenGL acceleration in AE works for me for simpler pre-viz visualisation but quite quickly gets to the point where it’s not usable. And this is on a Quad G5 with a GeForce 7800 GT.
