After installing V13 (trial) hardware not recognized
In order to upgrade to V13 I installed the trial version of V13 (13.04) on my G5 Quad 2.5 ghz with Kona LHe. After installing the software it is unable to start the application, it states that the hardware is not installed. I’m sort of out of options, since the hardware is installed (obviously) , i installed the kona driver 6.0.1. and have no idea what to do next.
Anybody any suggestions?

you should upgrade to the Kona 6.03 driver for your board. I think V13.0.4 only works with the latest Kona driver version.

Thanks Floh, just seconds after releasing the send button for my post, I realized that 13.0.4 is brand new and that the release notes for V13 weren’t updated. I will try the 6.04. drivers. But, man, you’re fast when answering!

Strictly speaking, the Release Notes WERE updated for 13.0.4 but…
They don’t mention what version of the AJA driver to use! Doh!For the record, v13.0.4 of Media 100 requires v6.0.3 of the AJA drivers.
Unless, of course, you’re using an LHi card. Then you need v1.1.1.
